U.S. Ambassador to Canada David Jacobson wishes to release the following statement regarding the shooting that occurred in Newtown, CT today.
"Words cannot express my sorrow at today's tragic events in Connecticut. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have been touched by this horror. I want to thank the many Canadians who have shared with me, and with all Americans, their heartfelt thoughts and condolences."
