Rep. Chris Stewart (R-UT) has co-sponsored the “Require a PLAN” Act, expected to be considered on the House Floor on Wednesday. This bill, H.R. 444, introduced by Rep. Tom Price (R-GA), would require the White House to either produce a balanced budget, or provide a supplemental budget to identify when their plan would actually achieve balance.
