The VA Outpatient Clinic at Fort Ethan Allen in Colchester, VT serves the primary health care needs of eligible veterans in the greater Colchester/Burlington, VT area. Most of the cost of services provided to veterans enrolling in the plan will be paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

• Veterans can receive primary medical care closer to home and don't have to travel to the White River Junction VAMC.
• Veterans will still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other entitlements through the White River Junction VAMC.

HOW TO ENROLL

Just complete an application and mail it in to the VAMC (04D), 215 North Main St., White River Junction, VT 05009. Your application will be submitted for enrollment into the program. You may also enroll on the Internet at: https://www.va.gov/sec/vha/1010ez.

DIRECTIONS:

From the North: On I 89, take exit 16 to Route 7 South (Main Street) to the intersection of Route 15. Take Route 15 East to Fort Ethan Allen. At Fort Ethan Allen: turn left at the Main Entrance onto Barnes Ave., then turn right onto Hegeman.

From the South: On I 89, take exit 15 to Route 15. Take Route 15 East to Fort Ethan Allen. At Fort Ethan Allen: turn left at the Main Entrance onto Barnes Ave., then right onto Hegeman Ave.
