Welcome to Tuttle Pediatrics.
The Tuttle Pediatric Clinic is comprised of 3 Pediatricians and a nursing support staff.
We currently enroll and provide care to patients between the ages of birth and 17 years. Once your child reaches the age of 18, you must visit TRICARE to change your child’s enrollment to a Provider in the Primary Care Clinic.

Please bring all immunization records with you to each well baby or physical appointment. We want to make sure your child is staying on schedule with the required immunizations. If your child requires an immunization, you will be sent over to our immunization room where our nurses will screen your record, prepare and administer the vaccine, provide you with education and written literature on the vaccine and update this information in both the electronic medical record and the Georgia Immunization Registry (GRITS). Well Baby Physical Exams are typically performed at 2 weeks, and at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of age. Physicals can be performed starting at age 2 and then annually if desired.
School Health Screenings are required within 30 days of entering the Georgia School System. This appointment can be scheduled by calling Central Appointments at 912-435-6633 and asking for a School Health Screening appointment with the Immunization Clinic. This appointment does not require a visit with a Pediatrician and is only screening visit. The School Health Screening consists of an Immunization review and administration of required vaccines, Dental screen, Vision screen and Hearing screen. Sports physicals require a separate appointment with the Pediatrician.
Tuttle will conduct school health screenings on Saturday 30 July from 0800-1200 hours. Another session will be held on August 20th from 0800-1200 hours. These appointments can be booked by calling Central Appointments at 1-800-652-9221 or 912-435-6633. Please bring your child’s immunization documents to the immunization clinic prior to your school health screening appointment.
