Division of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security
DPTMS serves as the Fort Stewart – Winn Army Community Hospital staff proponent for installation operations, mobilization, antiterrorism, counterintelligence and security, installation tasking, master planning calendar, and active and reserve training support operations.

MISSION: The Division of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security (PTMS) is the principal staff agency for all matters concerning plans, operations, training, security, antiterrorism/force protection, and crisis and consequence management. We prepare, coordinate and issue orders and plans on behalf of MEDDAC and coordinate operations between higher, lower, and lateral organizations to ensure seamless support to the community and Team MEDDAC .
VISION: The PTMS synchronizes actions across the MEDDAC to support the National Security Strategy by working in partnership with Team WINN in developing and administering plans, programs, and security systems which provide Team WINN a level of protection that is rational, cost effective, and appropriate to current and emerging threats. We build trust and confidence in our abilities, programs, and employees through highly effective execution of our responsibilities, and reliable and predictable planning.
