Review DNA alterations in a variety of cancer types using multiple high-throughput genomic characterization methods.

Currently available data

This portal provides tools to analyze data generated from the Cancer Genome Characterization Initiative.

Types of data sets to be accessed

  • Meduloblastoma (pediatric brain tumors)
  • Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
  • Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (from the HIV+ Tumor Characterization Project (HTMCP))
  • Lung cancer (from the HIV+ Tumor Characterization Project (HTMCP))
  • HPV-related cancer (from the HIV+ Tumor Characterization Project (HTMCP))

Open and controlled-access CGCI data sets are available from the Cancer Genome Characterization Initiative (CGCI) portal. Please see the instructions and form to request access.
