Welcome to the 78th Signal Battalion and the Army community on Camp Zama and Okinawa, Japan. Team 78 looks forward to your arrival and meeting you and your family. The Battalion performs a strategic mission to provide world-wide communications support, as well as information systems and communications- electronics logistics support to the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and other Department of Defense customers on the islands of Honshu, Okinawa, Guam and throughout the Pacific. Our higher headquarters is the 516th Signal Brigade located at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
