The Air National Guard Band of the Southwest is currently looking for talented musicians like you! 

We have position openings for:
- Associate Conductor/Instrumentalist (enlisted)
- Guitar
- Saxophone
- Flute
- Clarinet
- Oboe
- Bassoon
- Mallet Percussion
- Concert Percussion
- Drum Set
- Bass
- Piano
- Horn
- Trumpet 

Audition Requirements Include: 
- Prepared Solo
- Scales
- Sight Reading

Performers fulfill their Air Force / Air National Guard commitments as enlisted professionals. To be accepted, you must have a high school diploma (minimum requirement) and pass a live audition. Non-prior service applicants must be under 40 years of age on the date of enlistment and pass the written and physical exams of the Air Force.

Air National GuardAir National Guard Bands are the active duty band's counterparts in the Air National Guard. ANG musicians are part-time guard members with full-time civilian careers. They rehearse and perform one weekend a month and perform an annual concert tour. ANG bands are a perfect opportunity for musicians who wish to serve their country on a part-time basis. Read more.
