ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam – An F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft from the 14th Fighter Squadron, 35th Fighter Wing, Misawa AB, Japan, taxis prior to takeoff Feb. 15, during the exercise Cope North 11-1 here.
