Off-site Access
I am an Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) employee. How do I access the Library's licensed Online Journals,
Books, and Databases from locations other than the FNLCR site?
FNLCR employees may use one of the following options -
- Your NIH user name and password used to login to NIH network and email. (New!)
- Your Library Barcode (no spaces) and Last Name (not case-sensitive) from the back of your employee ID. FNLCR employee may obtain a Library-Issued Barcode in person at the Scientific Library Circulation Desk, where you must be registered as an authorized Library user.
- Your 10 digit NIH ID (no spaces) and Last Name.
The system must verify that your are a registered Library user. If you experience any problems logging in or accessing an authenticated resource from off-site,
call Steve Jones at (301) 846-5849 or e-mail NCIFredlibrary@mail.nih.gov. Please include in your e-mail, your full name, the journal or resources
you are trying to access, your library barcode number and a brief description of the problem.
