Small-scale Microbial/Metagenome Proposals - reviewed quarterly

Proposals for microbial isolates and resequencing proposals (<10 isolates) are accepted on a continuous basis and will be reviewed every quarter. Letters of intent are not required. Deadline for submission is 30 days prior to the review date.

Submit small-scale microbial/metagenome proposals anytime using the Work Initiation Process (WIP) interface.

Large-scale Sequencing Proposals - reviewed annually

To respond to the annual CSP call, a Letter of Intent (LOI) is required before submitting a proposal. Letters of intent will only be accepted electronically and should be submitted athttp://proposals.jgi-psf.org/ between Feb 15 and April 8, 2013. Applicants will be advised within two weeks whether to prepare a full proposal, and full proposals will be due May 27. Guidance for submitting full proposals will be included in the email notification to invited applicants. 

Submit Letters of Intent (during the annual call LOI submission period) and full proposals (if invited) using the Work Initiation Process (WIP) interface.
