Prior to your first day in your new position, you must complete forms or begin actions to ensure your successful entry into the NASA workforce. To accomplish these actions, log into the NASA Entrance On Duty System (EODS). Additionally, to assist you with your in-processing, view the Welcome to NASA video. For security reasons, you will receive your EODS username and EODS temporary password in separate emails. Once you have received your EODS username and an EODS temporary password, please login and accomplish the following actions:

1. Verify your contact and background information
2. Review your personalized forms list by clicking on the icon under the “Complete the Required Forms” section
3. Complete the required forms
4. A Caseworker from the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) will contact you to schedule a Benefits overview session based on your appointment type
5. Complete pre-employment drug testing (If requested because you are in a Testing Designated Position)

If you did not receive the emails or if you are having trouble logging into EODS, please contact NSSC Customer Contact Center at 1-877-677-2123 or send an e-mail to nssc-contactcenter@nasa.gov. NSSC’s support hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST. If you do not have or cannot obtain an email account OR do not consent to the electronic transmission of your personal information, please contact the NSSC Customer Contact Center to have your forms mailed to you. Please note, if you have your forms sent to you, this may delay your start date with NASA.
