Mission
LPO-1 provides the Deputy Commandant and Director, LP Division with situational awareness for contingencies and current operations support as required. The operations and readiness section provides studies and analyses, assesses measures of effectiveness, supports logistics operations and readiness, identifies problems and provides detailed solution sets to DC I/L as required. Coordinates with MCLC, MCSC, PP&O, P&R and other internal/external agencies and organizations to provide solutions to logistic challenges at the strategic service headquarters USMC level.
