Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System has been caring for Louisiana's veterans since 1946. Originally known as the New Orleans Veterans Affairs Medical Center, we have grown. There are now eight locations throughout southeast Louisiana providing primary care and mental health services.

Today's veterans have a comprehensive benefits package which VA administers through an annual patient enrollment system. The enrollment system is based on priority groups to ensure that health care benefits are readily available to all eligible veterans.
