Warrior Readiness Clinic

 

We have recently improved our process for scheduling Active Duty physical exams to better support the needs of all Active Duty personnel. The Primary Care Clinic of KUSAHC has recently expanded and now includes the Warrior Readiness section.

 

Do you need to complete your annual PHA? Have you finally received notification that you have been approved for Retirement? Or maybe you would like to go commission, Airborne, Special Forces even attend Flight School? Whatever your military physical needs are I have some great news for you!

You can WALK RIGHT IN and attend a briefing

Monday through Friday @ 0800:  All Service Members needing Warrior Readiness services will be able to walk-in to a daily briefing in the Ortiz Training Center (OTC), KUSAHC, Building 2501, APG.  Warrior Readiness personnel will be prepared to brief and assist all Service Members in need of the following:

                 

          - Health Assessments:

                          - Periodic Health Assessment (PHA),

                          - Pre-Deployment Health Assessment,

                          - Post Deployment Health Assessment (PDHA), and,

                          - Post Deployment Health Reassessments (PDHRA) As well as:

 

          - Physical Exams:

                          - Retirement

                          - Flight Physicals (on a limited basis)

                          - Schools (Airborne, Special Forces)

                          - Commissioning

                          - Separation

 

         -In/Out Processing

 

At Kirk US Army Health Clinic Your Warrior Health is Our Goal! We are a Soldier-Centered Organization and ease of access to Warrior Readiness is important to us.

 

Any questions or concerns not resolved during this daily briefing can be addressed by calling the Warrior Readiness section at 410-278-1960/1950 between the hours of 1000 and 1600 hours during regular clinic operating hours.  Any calls that are not immediately answered will receive a call back within 3 business days.
