Mobilization / SRP
If you have received deployment orders or have just returned home from a deployment the Mobilization process begins at MILPO:
POC for each component:
Active Duty/ DoD Civilian 410-278-4500
Reserve/National Guard 410-306-1153
MILPO will make all deployment and redeployment appointments to include Medical and Dental.
The PDHRA was implemented in March 2005 to be conducted
90-120 days after returning home from deployment to reassess your physical and mental health.
The PDHRA is a 2 Part process
Part 1 – to be completed on AKO prior to appointment.
Part 2 – Appointment with Provider at KUSAHC.
PDHRA appointments are done by appointment at the Warrior Readiness Clinic.
