Behavioral Health

The Behavioral Health Care Service provides outpatient behavioral health care to all active duty personnel on or around the Aberdeen Proving Ground area of operations.

Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

 Services Provided

Behavioral Health Care: Provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up and emergent walk-in care.  Treatment is provided through a multidisciplinary team approach consisting of supervised behavioral health paraprofessionals, clinical social workers, and psychologists.  Psychiatrists are available via Video Tele-Conferencing with Walter Reed Health Care System. 

Family Advocacy Program: Social Work/Family Advocacy Program: This clinic serves all eligible beneficiaries. Individuals may self-refer for these services at Kirk or they may be referred by law enforcement or a health care professional.

Substance Abuse Services: These services may be accessed by calling the ADCO at (410) 278-5319
