Registration Information
The
registration fee for the workshop is $150.00 paid on or before June
1; the fee is $200.00 if paid between June 2 and June 26. Registration
closes on June 26, 2003.

Included
in the registration fee are all conference meals from the continental
breakfast on July 9 to the afternoon break on July 10. Also included
are copies of the handouts provided by the speakers.
Hotel Reservations
A
block of rooms has been reserved at the Garden Plaza Hotel in Oak
Ridge. Reservations must be made by June 15, 2003, and can be guaranteed
with a credit card by calling the hotel directly at (865) 481-2468.
Please mention the IConUSAS Meeting to receive the conference rate
of $55.00. A limited number of rooms are available and we strongly
encourage prompt registration.
Airline Transportation
For
those traveling by air, the arrival destination will be McGhee Tyson
Airport (http://www.tys.org/) in
Knoxville, Tennessee.
Airline Ground Transportation
Taxis
(approximately $35-40 to Oak Ridge) and major automobile rental agencies
such as Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, and Thrifty are located
