Information, Research and Communication

The Information, Research and Communication (IRC) unit of the Public Affairs Section at the United States Embassy, Islamabad provides information on American policy, history, government, society and values.  The IRC exemplifies the U.S. commitment to free access to information, a core characteristic of a democracy.  The IRC aims to assist the Pakistani public in understanding the United States and its policies.
