The ID Card Branch is located at 212 Custer Avenue on Main Post, Room B-01 (basement, west wing).

Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Every other Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
It is best to schedule an appointment.

The ID Card Branch may be closed to the public because of mobilizations and demobilizations, so please call (785) 239-3654 to ensure the office is open.
What to bring to your appointment:
Adults 21 years and over - 2 forms of ID (drivers license, state ID card, Social Security card, or birth certificate).
Children under 21 years of age - only 1 form of ID.
Handicap Parking & Access to the Building:
Parking for people with disabilities is behind 212 Custer Avenue. Turn into the parking area between buildings 208 and 210, and then drive behind Bldg 210 to the back of Bldg 212. Designated parking spaces are on the left.
Wheelchair access to Bldg 212 is through the left entrance under the center balcony. The ID Card/DEERS section is at basement level, immediately on your left.
