Phyllis Steele joined the DCCPS Administrative Support Team in September 2012.  She previously worked for the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems at the Naval Sea Systems Command.  Phyllis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Gallaudet University. Phyllis loves backpacking and traveling and has been to over 40 countries spanning multiple continents (her favorite destinations are Switzerland, Australia, and Thailand). She is an avid reader and enjoys being with friends.
