1/15/2013 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- A 17th Communications Squadron Airman 1st Class, received non-judicial punishment for assault consummated by a battery. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, forfeiture of $700.00 pay and a reprimand.
A 17th Communications Squadron Senior Airman, received non-judicial punishment for being drunk on duty. Punishment consisted of reduction to Airman First Class, forfeiture of $575.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand.
A 17th Contracting Squadron Senior Airman, received non-judicial punishment for failure to go. Punishment consisted of suspended reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand.
A 17th Medical Operations Squadron Tech. Sgt., received non-judicial punishment for wrongful use of Government Travel Card for personal expenses not related to official travel. Punishment consisted of suspended reduction to the grade of Staff Sgt., and a reprimand.
A 311th Training Squadron Airman 1st Class, received non-judicial punishment for not filling out pre-departure safety briefing form prior to leaving local area. Punishment consisted of suspended forfeiture of $200.00, 30 days restriction with that portion of the restriction in excess of seven days suspended, and a reprimand.
A 311 TRS Airman 1st Class, received non-judicial punishment for not filling out pre-departure safety briefing form prior to leaving local area. Punishment consisted of suspended forfeiture of $200.00, 30 days restriction with that portion of the restriction in excess of 7 days suspended, and a reprimand.
A 311 TRS Airman Basic, received non-judicial punishment for not filling out pre-departure safety briefing form prior to leaving local area. Punishment consisted of suspended forfeiture of $200.00, 30 days restriction with that portion of the restriction in excess of 7 days suspended, and a reprimand.
A 311 TRS A1C, received non-judicial punishment for not filling out pre-departure safety briefing form prior to leaving local area. Punishment consisted of suspended forfeiture of $200.00, 30 days restriction with that portion of the restriction in excess of 7 days suspended, and a reprimand.
A 312 Training Squadron Tech. Sgt., received non-judicial punishment for disrespect to an officer. Punishment consisted of suspended reduction to the grade of Staff Sgt., suspended forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for two months, six days restriction, six days extra duty, and a reprimand.
A 312 TRS Airman Basic, received non-judicial punishment for making a false official statement, underage drinking, and wrongfully possessing alcohol in the dorms. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended, 14 days restriction, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand.
A 315 Training Squadron Airman 1st Class, received non-judicial punishment for visiting an off-base residence, making a false official statement, and underage drinking. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeiture of $350.00 pay, and a reprimand.
Fourteen Airmen were discharged from Goodfellow in December 2012: One Airman from 312 TRS, two Airmen from 311 TRS, six Airmen from 314 TRS, one Airman from 315 TRS, and four Airmen from 316 TRS were discharged.
One Airman from 311 TRS and one Airman from 314 TRS were discharged for conditions that interfere with military service; three Airmen from 316 TRS were discharged for fraudulent enlistment, one Airman from 315 TRS was discharged for entry level performance; one Airman from 312 TRS, five Airmen from 314 TRS, and one Airman from 316 TRS were discharged for unsatisfactory performance; and one Airman from 311 TRS was discharged for minor disciplinary infractions.
