Vendors can learn more about the federal marketplace and identify potential opportunities by visiting the following web-based portals:
- GSA eLibrary is an online source for finding the latest contract award information for GSA Schedules, Department of Veterans Affairs Schedules and Technology Contracts, including GWACs and IT Schedule 70.
- The GSA Advantage! Spend Analysis Program (ASAP) is a centralized reporting tool designed to give authorized users access to GSA Advantage! sales and statistical data. Reports are designed to return data results based on user-determined report time period (i.e., dates), procurement tools (i.e., schedules or stock) and additional criteria (i.e., socioeconomic factors).
- The Procurement Forecasts allows vendors to link to and search specific agencies, departments and offices forecasts and bid information opportunities.
- The Federal Procurement Data System offers summary information on government sales, or awards, between $3,000 and $24,999 and detailed information on contracts over $25,000 including what products or services were purchased by agency, department or office, the amount of the sale or contract, the vendor and the award date.
- FedBizOpps allows vendors to review federal business opportunities including general information, opportunities and agency and department lists. Vendors can also register to receive e-mail notifications of new bidding opportunities, by agency or by product or service. FedBizOpps also offers an online tutorial and links to myriad other government sites that explain parts of the federal procurement process.
- The Business Partner Network is a single source for vendor data for the federal government. The BPN is a search mechanism that provides views into several key databases across federal agencies.
- Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary industry partner registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. CCR collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.
- GSA's Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program is limited to Schedule contracts and does not include any other GSA programs. This program allows state and local government entities to purchase a variety of products and services to facilitate recovery from a major disaster, terrorism, or nuclear, biological, chemical, or radiological attack.
