Robert Marcial received the John J. Lussier Electromagnetic Spectrum Leadership Award in recognition of his superior performance as chief, Pacific Joint Frequency Management Office, Pacific Command (PACOM), during the Department of the Navy Information Technology Conference, Jan. 24, in San Diego. DON Chief Information Officer Terry Halvorsen and DON Deputy CIO Navy Janice Haith presented the award.

LT Hannah L. Bealon, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Combined Joint Intelligence (CJ2) Operational Support Element Systems, ISAF Headquarters, Afghanistan, was a recent recipient of the 2011 Department of Defense Chief Information Officer Award. She was awarded first place in the individual category.

Floyd Groce, DON CIO Enterprise Services team lead, was recently awarded the 2011 AFCEA Bethesda Government-Wide Initiatives Excellence Award. He was selected as the winner in the Outstanding Achievement for Program Management category.
