Enterprise External Business Portal (EEBP)

For Customers that currently order through Fuels Enterprise Server (FES) and Paperless Ordering and Receipt Transaction Screens (PORTS), Business Partners at the Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSP) and Service Control Points(SCP), the EEBP will be the gateway for accessing back-end DLA applications directly through a single point of access.

The EEBP can be accessed at https://business.dla.mil/.  From this website, the user can log on via Common Access Card (CAC) or User ID and Password.
