The Effective Health Care (EHC) Program is interested in receiving scientific information packets (SIPs) on selected health topics from your organization. The EHC Program can contact your organization by email with requests for SIPs for specific topics. Please help us identify key contacts to add to our e-mail list for SIP requests by completing the following form.
