Submitting Written Comment on Buy America & FRA’s High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail Program: Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Written comments on FRA’s Buy America Answers to Frequently Asked Questions may be provided to the FRA on or before October 18, 2010.

Please submit your comments by one of the following means, identifying your submissions by docket number FRA-2010-0147.  All electronic submissions must be made to the U.S. Government electronic site at http://www.regulations.gov.
