The U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director, John Berry, is joining with other federal agency leaders to raise awareness of the value of wellness and prevention. FedsGetFit (FGF) is an interactive and fun way for federal employees to participate in activities that will promote a healthy lifestyle. FGF will highlight all four pillars of a healthy lifestyle, including physical activity, nutrition, healthy choices, and prevention.
