Project Engineer

Prior to joining the Photon Sciences Directorate, Mark was a Mechanical Engineer for Oyster Bay Pump Works responsible for designing fluid dispensing machines, creating machine layouts according to work order specifications, writing installation and user manuals, creating part fabrications and assembly drawings and creating part master records and bill of materials.
Reporting to Lewis Doom Christopher will be responsible for but not be limited to design, specification, fabrication, procurement, installation and commissioning of new storage ring and or beamline frontend subsystems of NSLS - II. Christopher will also be responsible building and evaluating prototypes of some of the components with special requirements.
Mark graduated from Polytechnic University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
