MSE Mission Statement:
Support the Army's Force Generation (ARFORGEN) cycle by ensuring the
Senior Commander and subordinate commanders have the resources to train,
sustain and deploy combat ready units for rotational and worldwide
contingencies.
Optimize and be a responsible steward of all resources. Be a streamlined,
agile organization that is readiness focused and results-driven in support
