Teaching Positions with the Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS)

The Department of Defense operates schools, pre-kindergarten through grade 12, in overseas areas for the purpose of providing American, public school-type education for minor dependents of active duty military and civilian personnel in overseas areas.

Applying for a Teaching Position in the DoDDS

The Department of Defense Education Activity processes applications for DoDDS teaching positions. Applicants are encouraged to apply by early January for employment during the following school year.
