Wallner Receives Environmental Achievement Award from NMMA

Thomas Wallner was awarded an Environmental Achievement Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). The award is given in recognition of his outstanding efforts regarding the successful Marine Greenhouse Gas Emission Factor project. This project was unique in that it was the first time that marine engine exhaust was captured and measured while operating a boat on the water and the first time marine engine greenhouse gas emissions were measured. The award consists of a plaque which reads, "For his [Wallner] extraordinary efforts in support of greenhouse gas emissions testing on behalf of the entire recreational boating industry.
