 Vicenza Tax Center:
Ready to file your taxes? The Vicenza Tax Center will once again provide free tax preparation and e-filing services. The grand opening will take place on 6 February 2013; however, we will provide limited tax preparation services beginning 28 January 2013. The Tax Center is located on the first floor of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Building # 241. The Tax Center will accept walk-ins on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0900 to 1600, including during the lunch hour. The Tax Center will be open for appointments only on Tuesday and Thursday.

 Family and MWR Website Change
Family and MWR is making it easier for Soldiers and Families to locate our programs, services and information by having a standardized website world-wide. Every Army Garrison will eventually have a website that looks just like the one at your last assignment. You may not see some of your favorites or everything in the usual way but we hope you will give the new site a try and be patient as we work thru some growing pains that change always brings.

Vicenza/Livorno will go live with our new http://vicenza.armymwr.com on February 1st. Check out some of the new features all within an easy click on the new site include:
· Facility finder with hours, location and program information
· Events with complete information, that can be viewed as a calendar or list and filtered by interest category.
· News-about our programs and events
· Local info such as links to Garrison Website, Facebook, phone directory or information about living in Italy.
· Region and Army-wide events and programs and media releases
· Buttons to share what you find on all your favorite social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
· Direct links to WebTrac make it even easier to sign up for a class or trip
We will continue to improve and add new features to the site, so you will want to watch for these tips on our Facebook pages, Vicenza-Family-and-MWR in the weeks ahead. If you have comments or questions you may email usarmy.vicenza.imcom-europe.mbx.fmwr-marketing@mail.mil.

Arts and Crafts
Beginning watercolor classes will be offered Feb 6-Mar13, 6-7:30 p.m. You will learn some basic drawing techniques, explore color mixing and creating washes and expand your knowledge of color theory while you practice different watercolor techniques. Cost is $110 for six sessions.

 CYSS
Youth Workforce Preparation Training for grades 6-12 will be offered on Mondays, from 3:30-4:30, at the Ederle Fitness Center conference room on the 2nd floor. The workshops will address; resume writing on Jan 28, understanding your finances on Feb 4, matching your career to your personality on Feb 11, time management and goal setting on Feb 25, ethics in the workplace on Mar 4, and customer service on Mar 11. Youth should register at the Teen Center.

 ICE: Interactive Customer Evaluation is a web-based customer feedback system that sends an automatic email to the service provider manager. It can be used from any computer and allows you to rate any government facility or service.
