Hello and welcome! The U.S. Embassy in Ethiopia’s Adoption Unit issues immigrant visas to adopted orphans from Ethiopia. In FY 2011, we processed 1862 cases to completion making Embassy Addis Ababa one of the largest adoption processing posts in the world.
