There are several visa types for individuals wishing to work temporarily in the United States, including H Visas for temporary workers, L Visas for intra-company transfers, P Visas for athletes, artists, and entertainers and O Visas for Foreign nationals with extraordinary ability in Sciences, Arts, Education, Business and Athletics.  Applicants for these visa classifications must have an approved I-129 petition from the Department of Homeland Security to be eligible.  Application requirements and general information about H, L, P and O Visas are provided below.   

Applicants with approved I-129 petitions from the Department of Homeland Security must schedule an appointment. No walk-in Non-Immigrant Visa Applicants are accepted.
