The purpose of the NASS Price Program is the collection and dissemination of timely, relevant, accurate, and useful agricultural price statistics. Farmers, ranchers, producers and others involved in agriculture require reliable information on prices. Price data provide a link between agricultural production and distribution. The distinct price programs are Prices Paid and Prices Received. The products provided include reports, charts and maps, data, and methodology.
