As a dietary supplement, Restulex can be taken orally or applied topically.

Oral Use: Put 15-30 drops (1-2 full droppers) in mouth to swallow or add to 8 oz. of your favorite drink, preferably water.

Topical Use: Apply directly to skin as needed, two-three times daily.
