Condominiums - Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Condominiums page are listed below in the order they appear on the page.

Field

Description

Sorted by

Specifies the order in which the search results appear. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999, or alphabetical, A-Z, based upon the selection.

State

State in which the condominium project is located.

Condo ID

FHA's identifier for the condominium project.

Condo Name

Name under which the condominium project was incorporated.

City

City in which the condominium project is located.

Zip Code

U.S. Postal Service Zonal Improvement Plan (ZIP) code for the geographic location of the condominium project.

Status

Approval status of the condominium/submission.

Approved: Condominium project/submission is approved. Applications for FHA mortgage insurance can be processed for units in the condominium project/submission.

Rejected: Condominium project/submission is not approved.

Withdrawn: Condominium project/submission was previously approved. Currently, however, applications for FHA mortgage insurance cannot be processed for units in the condominium project/submission.

All: Any condominium project/submission regardless of status.

Search Type

Specifies whether the search is for Projects, Submissions, or Both that have the status specified in the Status field (Approved, Rejected, etc.). If Submissions is selected, the search is based on submissions 002 and higher for a condominium project.

Begin Date

Start of the date range within which the Status of the projects and/or submissions became effective.

End Date

End of the date range within which the Status of the projects and/or submissions became effective.
