Institute for Information Assurance

The primary objective of the Institute for Information Assurance is to facilitate faculty/student interactions in research, presentations, publications, and workshops. The institute’s goal is to coordinate efforts to ensure that students in the differing information tracks on campus are afforded opportunities to be involved in collaborative research in information assurance.

A second objective of the institute is to assist students in job placement and career planning. Because IUP is a Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance, students will have a number of unique opportunities for employment and internships. Such efforts will be coordinated from the institute.

We’re taking extra time to build our new site. Please check back later.
