Field Description
Sorted By Specifies the order in which the list results display. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999, or alphabetical, A-Z.
State State(s) included in the requested list.
County County included in the requested list.
County Code Three-digit Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) code identifying the county for which the mortgage limit information is effective.
MSA Name Name assigned to the area, i.e., Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Micropolitan Statistical Area (Micro), or Metropolitan Division. A non-urban area is designated as Non-metro.
MSA Code Five-digit Core Based Statistical Area (CBSA) code assigned to the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Micropolitan Statistical Area (Micro), or Metropolitan Division. A non-urban area is designated as 99999.
Limit Type

Loan category for which the mortgage limit information is retrieved.
FHA Forward: Traditional FHA-insured forward loans.
HECM: FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage loans

Fannie/Freddie: Conventional loans; mortgage limits set by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.

Limit Year Calendar year, e.g., CY2009, for which mortgage limits are included in the requested list.
Last Revised Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yyyy) entered to request all mortgage limits that changed on or after the specified date.

The 2009 calendar year mortgage limits were established in Mortgagee Letter 2009-07, dated February 24, 2009. These mortgage limits override the prior loan limits stated in Mortgagee Letters 2008-35 and 2008-36.
