  • MWR supports Wellbeing, readiness, retention and recruitment.
  • The MWR program customer is the total military community.
  • The MWR program is customer driven.
  • MWR programs will be resourced and managed IAW Congressional/DoD/DA/IMA/CFSC/PARO intent and mandates sound business practice.
  • Non-appropriated funds will be returned to customers through provisions of market-driven programs and capital improvements.
  • The MWR workforce, our most valuable resource, will be professionally developed, skilled and trained.
  • MWR professionals provide responsible stewardship of resources.
  • MWR supports deployment and mobilization.
  • A corporate body guides and oversees MWR programs and funding.
  • Resource allocations must be commensurate with MWR mandates and program sustainment.
  GOAL 1.0: Provide the leadership to implement the corporate vision, policy and direction for all DMWR programs.
