Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom & Operation New Dawn

The Erie VA Medical Center can provide priority health care and benefits assistance even if you are on active duty or an activated member of the National Guard or Reserve.

Health Care for Returning Combat Veterans

Eligible returning service members have five years from their date of discharge to receive free VA health care for any combat-related condition.  Services may include:

Primary Care
Urgent Care
Women's Health
Prosthetics
Sexual Trauma Counseling
Dental Care (up to 6 months if eligible)

Counseling
Behavioral Health
Physical Therapy
Substance Abuse Counseling
Stress Management
