Purchase and installation of 8 fan-coils and 1 a/c  for  various offices of the American Consulate General:

7 Floor – office space large sq.mt. 250
The Contractor shall install 8 ceiling fan-coils to be connected to the existing pipes of the floor fan-coils.
The ceiling fan-coils shall be similar to those already installed: Model AERMEC, 5,000 Kcal., color grey
The installation will require restoration of the floor around the floor-coils  pipes with installation of ceramic tiles (white), and possible restoration of ceiling tiles.

N.B.
Existing floor fan-coils property of the owner of the building will be removed by another company sent by the owner
To minimize noise and disturbance to the offices below bricklayer work may need to be performed on a Saturday.

5th Floor – JR Control room , large sq.mt. 12
The Contractor shall install 1 ceiling fan-coil, Model AERMEC, 5,000 Kcal.
New fan-coil will be connected to the floor fan-coil existing pipe. Existing fan-coil machine will be removed by the Vendor of the owner of the building as state above.

N.B.
As stated above work of the bricklayer has to be performed on Saturday.


9th  Floor, Computer room, sq.mt 10

Replacement of existing unit with  wall a/c unit, Model Mitsubishi 15,000 BTU
Distance from internal unit to the external unit is about 10 meters.

The American Consulate General of Milan needs to install new air ceiling fan-coils and air conditioner into its offices.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

Magnitude is estimated between  US $  35,000 and US $  50,000

RFQ (Q) - Supply and installation of LED lights for interior offices - The Consulate  of the United States of America in Milan needs to install LED lights for their interior offices and common spaces.  Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.

Magnitude is estimated between US $25,000 and $150,000.

There will be a site survey on September 7^th, 2012.  Interested offerors will need to submit their intent to participate in this site survey before September 4^th, 2012.  In order to process your access to our office space we will need certain biographic data on the individual(s) attending the site survey.
