Clients need to schedule an appointment BEFORE coming to the embassy. Our system allows clients to plan their visit in advance, ensures shorter wait times, and allows more efficient handling of individual cases. There is no charge for making or canceling an appointment.

Please allow several hours per appointment - while we make every effort to provide efficient service, unanticipated emergencies can occur at anytime and there may be inevitable delays in providing services.

After making an appointment, you will receive an email with all necessary information and forms to be downloaded. Please make sure you check your inbox and junk mail box to be sure you have all forms filled out before your appointment. Please be sure to bring completed application forms and required documents with you.
