An injured Airman is being transported onto a C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 28, 2012 at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron conducted a mass casualty exercise, and more than 145 Airmen from the 315th Airlift Wing participated in the event.
