Finding Credible Online Sources

You may find information that you believe is useful on Wikipedia.org, but be aware that Wikipedia is a community-based content web page, meaning that anyone can add content. Many pages within Wikipedia do however link to primary sources and citations at the bottom of the page. Those are the places you want to visit to find more credible information.

Finally, when going online to find information, look for sources that were recently posted or published. Older sources tend to be less credible because there may be newer research or knowledge available.
