Legislative Update: President Obama Signs FY 2009 Funding Legislation March 2009

On March 11, 2009, President Barack Obama approved the fiscal year (FY) 2009 Omnibus Appropriations Act (H.R. 1105), which provides funding for most federal agencies through September 30, 2009. The measure provides $75 million for ARC's nonhighway activities, an increase from last year's $73.032 million.
