Your follow-up appointment should be made as you leave the clinic.

When calling for a primary care appointment, we will try to first schedule you with your primary care provider.  If your provider is unavailable, we will work with you to schedule you with a member of their team.

To help you access care, our staff will work with you to assure you are able to see your provider in the following time standards:

• Acute – 24 hours
• Routine – 7 days
• Physicals and Specialty care – 28 days
• Future – Provider designated
