The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Frankfurt Sub Office is responsible for providing services and conducting liaison activities in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Belgium.

Location and Public Hours of Operation
The Frankfurt Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is located at the U.S. Consulate on Giessener Str. 30, 60435 Frankfurt.The office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for those with an InfoPass appointment from 08:00 to 11:00. The office is closed on weekends and American and German holidays
Infopass Appointments
Appointments can be made via the internet at http://infopass.uscis.gov. Choose your country of residence under the list of countries rather than entering a zip code. This will allow you to select an appointment at the appropriate USCIS office. Please bring a printout of your InfoPass appointment letter and a photo ID to the appointment.
Directions To Our Office
We are located in Frankfurt on Giessener Str. 30, 60435 Frankfurt.
By subway, from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the "U"-Bahn U5 to the Giessener Strasse stop. Turn right down Giessener Strasse and the Consulate is on the left.
Parking is extremely limited. Accessibility for individuals with special needs is available.
We do not accept walk in appointments. Please schedule an InfoPass appointment.
Important Security Announcement
Do not bring mobile phones or any electronic devices, such as Blackberries, iPods, or PDAs as they are not allowed within the Consulate. We also strongly advise that you do not bring strollers, large bags, such as backpacks, suitcases or packages to the interview as there are no storage facilities on the grounds of our facilities.
Applicants who do not follow these instructions will experience considerable delays at the security check point. Items cannot be deposited at the U.S. Consulate.
We do not accept walk in appointments unless the situation is an emergency. Normal requests, such as application filings, status inquiries and requests for transportation letters are not considered emergency requests. Appointments are available through an online appointment system.

Paying Fees
Fees for applications and petitions are listed under the Fees and Filings Location Chart on http://www.uscis.gov. Fees may be paid in Euros or U.S. dollars, money orders, cashiers check (no personal checks or Eurochecks) or with a major credit card (please use our credit card payment form, pdf). Do not send cash.
