Audits & Resolutions

EAC is responsible for distributing HAVA funds as well as monitoring the fiscally responsible use of them. EAC conducts periodic fiscal audits of state HAVA fund expenditures and determines if any corrective actions are necessary to resolve issues identified during audits.
